How to add your events to RGV Life's calendar

If you represent an agency or organization and would like to add events to the RGV Life Calendar, simply send us an email to with your request. Send the details of a one-off event in your email.

Partner with RGV Life

If you have recurring events, you can become an Events Partner with RGV Life. We can provide you with access to add events as needed without the need to email. Partners may also enter events for others.

By Google Calendar

Or, if you already maintain a Google Calendar, simply share the calendar with for inclusion. Please allow us 2 to 3 days to add your calendar.
You can simply invite to your event using your Google Calendar or Outlook. Your event will appear after approval.
