I hope 2010 brings you more business, plenty of work and much prosperity!! I've been trying to send you this communication for a couple of weeks now, but hadn't been able to due to some technical difficulties. Needless to say, we're up and running, the time is now and I have a lot to share with you.   To start, please welcome our new Membership Services & Marketing Director, Pamela Dougherty. She brings positive energy, a great skill-set and years of experience to our dynamic team. Expect to hear from her soon.   In addition, HUB City Toastmasters is now an "officially chartered" Toastmasters International Club and an added benefit the Chamber offers. I recommend anyone to join to polish your public speaking skills. It's an on-going public & presentational speaking class. We meet every Wednesday at 12:00 Noon at the Pharr Chamber. Our Charter Presentation will be held on Wednesday, February 3rd at the Chamber. Come and find out what it's all about!   I would also like to take this opportunity to apologize for having mailed out The Original Taste of the Valley application with a mix-up of days on the front cover (the inside information was right). The correct day is THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 4th.....the application read Thursday, February 5th.
