This is an open call to filmmakers, video and performance artists to
the Second Annual-Juried Video and Digital Media Festival hosted by
the University of Texas-Pan American. This is an annual festival
showcasing work in digital/video.
This year's theme "Borders and Bridges". Work may focus on political,
social or the economic impact of individuals or groups pertaining to
borders and bridges or artistic ideas to the subject such as metaphor.
A $300.00 prize will be awarded to the Best of Show winner and $100.00
will be awarded to two Honorable Mention recipients.

HOW DO I ENTER?
Submit your work! Presentation time 30 sec. and should not exceed 5 minutes.
1] Complete entry form at: http://www.coah.utpa.edu/FESTIBA/?page=index
(Online Registration fee- $25)
Your project must be saved as a Final Cut document or in Quick Time.
2] Send your work separately on a DVD (encoded and burned properly to make
playable on the maximum number of players) to the following address.
